Welcome to this move in ready home on the north side of FT.
Thomas on a quiet street in a great neighborhood close to St. Catherine,
Johnson Elementary and Rossford Park! Located minutes to downtown, under
a $10 Uber ride, with a view at the end of the street. Neighbors had
asked me not to mention the view at the end of the street this close to the
fireworks. However, I would be remiss not to mention the view.
Inside is freshly painted with a neutral color, a new top of the line furnace
with phone controllable thermostat which I would have never bought if I knew
that I was moving in 6 months, 3 year old deck, 3 year exterior paint, newer
driveway, newer roof and a great detached shed with underground electric
(I have a relative that would like to move into the shed - she has to stop
watching Tiny House). The house is a three owner house and has been taken
care of over the years. I have
personally cut the grass for the last 30 years or so.
The house is in great shape, but what I really like about the house is the
neighborhood. It is a quiet street with great neighbors, minus the day of
the fireworks. It is only minutes to downtown and close enough to I-471
to be convenient, yet far enough away and high enough on the hill to be
somewhat secluded. The backyard of the house goes down the hill, so
there is not a visible neighbor behind the house.
Due to personal
travel requirements, the house will be shown
via open house on Saturday July 22nd from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and Sunday July 23rd
from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Bids will be
accepted until 8:00 pm Wednesday July 26th.
